As a Clinical Operations Associate at Nao Medical, you will work directly with the Director of Advanced Practice to support provider performance, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You will act as an extension of the Director by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive clinical and operational decisions.

Provider Performance Monitoring

Review provider performance metrics and dashboards regularly

Identify trends, gaps, and red flags, and escalate findings to the Director

Coordinate and schedule performance review discussions with providers

Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
Strategic & Operational Support

Act as a thought partner by reviewing reports, documents, and operational data

Provide insights, recommendations, and observations to support decision-making

Assist in preparing summaries and briefing materials for leadership discussions
Interview & Hiring Support

Participate in interviews for Advanced Practice roles

Document candidate evaluations and provide structured feedback

Support hiring decisions by assessing both clinical and operational fit
Executive & Administrative Support

Manage calendar, scheduling, and prioritization for the Director

Ensure alignment of meetings, deadlines, and key initiatives

Proactively remind and prepare the Director for upcoming priorities
Process Improvement
Education:
Experience and Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical support, or executive support

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High level of discretion and professionalism

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable

Experience working with healthcare providers (NPs, PAs, MDs) is a plus
Schedule Requirements:

Ability to work in Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work overtime or during weekends as needed.

Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
