Mandatory Skills: Mandatory Skills: SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) experience with SAP FI integration, lifecycle SAP RAR implementation projects, including RAR migration experience, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, integrating SAP RAR with SD, FI/CO, and/or BRIM, Revenue Recognition processes, COPA, and IFRS standards.

We are looking for an experienced SAP RAR Consultant with strong expertise in Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) and SAP FI integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience and a solid understanding of revenue recognition processes within complex SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and support SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) solutions.
Integrate SAP RAR with FI, SD, and/or BRIM modules.
Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including RAR migration activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver best-practice solutions.
Lead cross-functional discussions and provide detailed functional designs.
Support revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve complex issues and optimize processes.
Mandatory Skills:
4+ years of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) experience with SAP FI integration.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP RAR implementation projects, including RAR migration experience.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience integrating SAP RAR with SD, FI/CO, and/or BRIM.
Knowledge of Revenue Recognition processes, COPA, and IFRS standards.
Experience in solution design, configuration, and business process optimization within SAP RAR.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of BRF+.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in High-Tech or Software industries.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
