Business Operations Executive – Founder's Office

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Performance Bonus: Eligible for year-end performance-based bonuses based on individual contribution, ownership, and overall performance.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Operations Executive – Founder's Office to support the day-to-day operations and growth initiatives of Crescent Engineering Consulting.
This role offers broad exposure to multiple business functions and involves working directly with company leadership on operations, recruitment, marketing, administration, coordination, research, and special projects.
We are looking for organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy learning, taking ownership, and helping the company operate efficiently.
Future Growth Path
This role provides exposure across multiple business functions, including operations, recruitment, marketing, client coordination, and business management.
Based on performance and interests, team members may progress into specialized roles in Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, or future leadership positions.
The objective is to develop well-rounded professionals capable of contributing across multiple areas of a growing organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Track key business activities and support management in ensuring timely execution.
- Follow up on pending action items and drive timely completion of assigned activities.
- Support initiatives focused on operational excellence, management effectiveness, process improvement, and organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate with employees, management, clients, vendors, and external partners on business and operational requirements.
- Coordinate commercial communication, technical communication, project updates, and follow-up activities with clients and vendors.
- Conduct market, industry, and business research to support company initiatives.
- Support marketing initiatives including LinkedIn activities, company profiles, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, reports, presentations, and business records.
- Support special projects and business initiatives directly assigned by company leadership.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate administrative activities required for smooth day-to-day business operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business, or Engineering fields.
- Final-year students currently pursuing graduation may also apply.
- Non-graduates can be considered as permanent interns with a lower stipend.
- Batch: 2025 or 2026 only.
- Post-graduation: Not required.
- Experience: Fresher / Less than 1 year.

- Minimum graduate in any discipline.
- Post Graduation qualification is not required.
