Head Office: A-87, LGF, Shivalik Rd, Block C, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi 110017. Near Tirupati Medical Centre.

Job Position: Technical Assistant / Coordinator

Job Exp.: 0 - 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical.

Computer Skills: Advance Excel

Good in email correspondence

Documentations

1. Technical Coordination

Coordinate with design engineers, detailers, consultants, architects, and clients.
Review and follow up on GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
Track drawing approvals and ensure timely release for fabrication and erection.
Maintain records of revisions and technical correspondence.

2. Project Planning & Monitoring

Monitor project schedules and milestone achievements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate project review meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

3. Production & Fabrication Coordination

Coordinate with fabrication teams regarding drawing availability and material requirements.
Track fabrication progress and dispatch schedules.
Monitor production status against project timelines.
Ensure fabrication follows approved drawings and specifications.

4. Procurement & Material Follow-Up

Coordinate with procurement for raw materials and bought-out items.
Verify Bills of Materials (BOM) and material requirements.
Follow up on material delivery schedules to avoid project delays.
Maintain material tracking reports.

5. Site Execution Coordination

Coordinate with site engineers and erection contractors.
Monitor erection progress and site activities.
Resolve technical queries raised by site teams.
Ensure timely availability of materials, drawings, and equipment at site.

6. Client & Consultant Coordination

Attend client meetings and technical discussions.
Follow up on approvals, submissions, and project requirements.
Maintain communication with consultants regarding design and execution issues.
Prepare and submit technical documents and reports.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project files, drawings, BOQs, and correspondence.
Prepare progress reports, MIS reports, and project status updates.
Keep records of inspections, approvals, and quality documents.
Manage document control and distribution.
