Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled, dependable, and solution-oriented Website & Mobile Application Developer to lead the end-to-end development, management, and optimisation of the organisation's digital ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, mobile application development, database management, and deployment processes. The role requires a professional who can independently manage projects from concept to execution while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and seamless user experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimise company websites and web applications.
- Manage complete front-end and back-end development processes.
- Ensure website performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Implement new features, functionalities, and integrations as required.
Mobile Application Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Manage app deployment, testing, monitoring, updates, and performance optimisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Database & Data Management
- Independently manage databases, servers, APIs, and application architecture.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, backup, recovery, and integrity.
- Build and maintain efficient backend systems capable of handling large volumes of data.
- Monitor application performance and database health.
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Handle projects independently from planning to deployment.
- Coordinate with management, editorial, marketing, and design teams to understand business requirements.
- Monitor live applications and websites to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
- Recommend and implement technology improvements and automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in web and mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js or similar)
- Back-End Development (Node.js, PHP, Python, Laravel, Django, .NET or equivalent)
- Mobile App Development (Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS or equivalent)
- Database Management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)
- API Development & Integration
- Cloud Hosting & Server Management

- Fast, reliable, and capable of handling projects independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
