TuringX (www.turingx.in) is a technology development, management, and consulting company helping businesses build software, data, AI, and digital solutions. We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team and contribute directly to our brand growth, content strategy, and lead generation efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and design, and can independently create professional social media content from concept to publication.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are genuinely passionate about technology and innovation, enjoy learning about new developments in AI, software, data, and digital transformation, and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts through compelling content and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Design high-quality graphics, carousels, banners, infographics, and promotional creatives using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts across platforms.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Support SEO efforts for website content and blog articles.
- Research industry trends, competitors, AI, data, and technology topics to generate content ideas.
- Assist with lead generation campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the leadership and technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into engaging marketing content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design work, marketing campaigns, or content creation.
- Proficiency with Canva (required). Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Ability to independently create visually appealing posts without requiring detailed design guidance.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ownership of work.
- Interest in technology, software development, AI, data analytics, or startups is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing LinkedIn business pages.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools.
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content and reels.
- Experience creating carousel posts, thought leadership content, and B2B marketing assets.

- Building and growing the TuringX brand across digital channels.
- Creating awareness and demand for Nexus (www.nexus.turingx.in), our modern data analytics, workflow automation, and business intelligence platform.
- Producing content around AI, data analytics, automation, software development, and digital transformation.
- Designing social media campaigns, product announcements, feature launches, and educational content for Nexus.
- Creating product walkthroughs, feature highlights, comparison posts, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Supporting website growth, SEO initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts.
- Developing marketing assets for sales, partnerships, events, and product launches.
