About Position:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical BSA with 8 to 12 years of experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce platforms and deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

What You'll Do:
- Work with business and product teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and new features
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform best practices
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution design discussions
- Support Salesforce configuration using Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and basic admin capabilities
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Manage cross-functional communication with QA, development teams, and business stakeholders
- Work with Life Sciences data models including patient journeys, consent management, and regulatory requirements
- Support integration discussions with systems such as Veeva, ERP, MDM, EHR, and downstream platforms
- Ensure documentation, design artifacts, and release notes comply with Life Sciences quality and compliance processes
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of overall experience with strong experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Hands-on or functional exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred)
- Strong experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, and ALM tools
- Good technical understanding of Apex triggers, SOQL basics, and Lightning Web Components (functional comprehension)
- Experience working closely with Salesforce technical teams on solution design
- Strong Life Sciences domain knowledge including clinical workflows, patient support programs, and compliance processes
- Understanding of regulatory standards such as GxP and HIPAA
- Experience supporting integrations with enterprise systems
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with US and Canada stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Health Cloud is a plus
- Prior experience in Pharma CRM, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, or Clinical Operations is a plus
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Knowledge of EDI transactions including 837, 835, 270, and 271
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding standards
