About Position:
We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Development Lead to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP). This leadership role focuses on building unified customer data platforms, enabling real-time insights, and driving activation across Salesforce ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide teams, architect scalable solutions, and align business needs with data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud including ingestion, modeling, harmonization, and activation
- Architect unified customer profiles, identity resolution strategies, and calculated insights
- Design and manage scalable data ingestion pipelines using batch, streaming, zero copy, MuleSoft, and ETL tools
- Oversee integrations with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and external systems
- Define and implement data security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and personalization use cases
- Drive data activation strategies through segmentation, journeys, and real-time personalization
- Mentor and guide Data Cloud developers and integration engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize data usage for analytics and business outcomes
- Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and data quality across the platform
- Support innovation initiatives including AI/Einstein and GenAI readiness using Data Cloud
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and platform performance
- Contribute to roadmap planning, solution design, and architectural decisions
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) architecture and implementation
- Proven experience leading large-scale data platform or CRM transformation programs
- Expertise in data ingestion, modeling, harmonization, and identity resolution
- Hands-on experience with integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and ETL tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud)
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Experience designing real-time data pipelines and customer data platforms
- Familiarity with AI/Einstein capabilities and GenAI use cases within Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive scalable architecture decisions
- Experience working in agile environments and enterprise-level programs
