Position: Project Coordinator/Manager Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months (Internship)
Stipend: Unpaid
Experience: 0.5-3 Year

Job Overview:

E-Sutra Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator/Manager Intern to assist in planning, executing, and managing projects across various teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for project management and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to track project updates.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and task lists.
Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Assist in conducting team meetings, preparing reports, and following up on action items.
Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred but not required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with software development processes (optional but a plus).
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
