Role Purpose
The Sales Coordinator/BDR will be the first point of contact for Glassentials' future customers. You'll identify, engage, and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound follow-ups, then hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. This role is critical for building the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth in the architectural glass & mirror industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients: architects, interior designers, construction companies, developers, facades contractors, commercial building projects
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social media[foundit]
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts[softility]
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and prospects[foundit]
Lead Qualification
- Assess customer requirements and qualify leads based on budget, timeline, project scope[foundit]
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients using assigned databases[foundit]
- Address objections professionally and provide clear product information about glass/mirror products[foundit]
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives[softility]
CRM & Pipeline Management
