About The Role
At Amaytics Digital Services, we don’t treat SEO as rankings.
We treat it as organic revenue architecture.
As we expand across Australia, the UAE (Dubai), and the USA, we are looking for an SEO Manager who can build measurable, geo-specific, and future-ready organic growth systems, not just optimize pages.
This role is for someone who can lead strategy, structure processes, mentor a team, and build an SEO vertical from the ground up.
You will report directly to the Creative Head and Founder.
The SEO Manager will be responsible for building, executing, and scaling data-driven organic growth strategies for domestic and international clients across Australia, UAE (Dubai), and the USA.
This role requires a strong balance of technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, international market understanding, leadership capability, and a marketing-first mindset.
The selected candidate will manage the current SEO team (2 Executives + 1 Content Writer), establish structured processes, implement modern SEO frameworks including AEO and AI-driven search optimization, and progressively build a scalable SEO vertical within the agency.

1. Strategic & International SEO Leadership
You will:
- Build and execute scalable SEO strategies across:
- E-commerce
- Real Estate
- Home Services
- SaaS
- Healthcare
- Luxury
- Develop geo-targeted SEO strategies for Australia, the UAE, and the USA markets
- Demonstrate documented case studies showing:
- Organic traffic growth
- High-intent keyword ranking improvements
- Lead generation growth
- Revenue contribution from SEO
We are looking for proof-driven performance, not theoretical expertise.
2. Technical Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
Strong hands-on command over:
- Technical SEO audits & implementation
- Core Web Vitals optimization
- Schema & structured data deployment
- Crawl budget optimization
- E-commerce SEO architecture
- International SEO (Hreflang, multi-region structuring)
- GA4 performance analysis
- Google Search Console diagnostics
AI & Evolving Search Ecosystem
You must understand and have practical exposure to:
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategies
- Optimising content for Google AI Overviews and AI-driven search responses
- Featured snippets & zero-click search ecosystems
- Entity-based SEO and structured content formatting
- Search intent modelling beyond traditional keyword targeting
We want someone who understands where search is heading, not where it was five years ago.
Local & Geo-Specific SEO Expertise
Since many of our offshore clients rely on local visibility, you should have strong experience in:
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Multi-location SEO structuring
- Local citation building & clean-up
- Hyperlocal keyword mapping
- Location-based landing page strategies
- Local schema implementation
- Review acquisition & reputation signals
- Understanding regional search behaviour in AU, UAE & US markets
3. Marketing-First Mindset (Very Important)
We are not looking for someone who chases keywords. We prefer a strategist who understands that.
We prefer someone who:
- Understands buyer psychology
- Aligns SEO with brand positioning
- Thinks in search intent clusters
- Collaborates with creative and paid teams
- Understands funnel-driven organic strategy
SEO here must support business growth, not vanity dashboards.
4. Leadership & Department Building
- Manage and mentor 2 SEO Executives and 1 Content Writer
- Set clear KPIs and accountability frameworks
- Structure internal SOPs
- Lead hiring for future SEO roles
- Work within budget constraints when evaluating tools
- Build scalable systems for growth
We are looking for someone who can eventually build an independent SEO vertical within the agency.
5. Communication & Client Handling
Since we work with offshore clients:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory
- Ability to present reports confidently
- Handle strategy calls with international clients
- Translate technical SEO into business language
Professional communication is a key evaluation parameter.
