Position: Programmer / AI & Technology Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programmer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, software development, system administration, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should be technology-driven, capable of handling programming assignments, AI-based automation, software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and overall IT support requirements of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications in PHP and other programming languages.
- Utilize and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and platforms for automation, content generation, research, data analysis, and business process optimization.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems including Windows, Windows Server 2022, and related environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office, productivity software, and other business applications.
- Manage website development, hosting, databases, and server-related activities.
- Maintain computer hardware, networking equipment, printers, scanners, and other IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and system-related issues.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve office efficiency.
- Ensure data security, backup management, and system reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to staff when required.
- Maintain documentation of systems, software, and IT assets.
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Perplexity, Cursor, Codex, and other emerging AI platforms.
- Proficiency in PHP and working knowledge of other programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar technologies.
- Experience in website development, databases, APIs, and software integration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Windows Server 2022 installation and administration.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Office and other software applications.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, internet technologies, and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience in system maintenance, backup management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted coding and automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and remote server management.
- Experience with WordPress, database management, and web hosting environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
