SEO Specialist cum Admin Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive SEO Specialist cum Admin Executive to manage our website's search engine optimization efforts while handling day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SEO experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently manage office administration and documentation.
Key Responsibilities SEO Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with content writers and web developers to improve website visibility and user experience.
- Manage local SEO activities, business listings, and online reputation.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Handle email communications and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
- Maintain databases and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and general office administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in SEO and administrative support roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- On page and Off page experience required.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media management.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS,Word Press and website structure.
- Experience in office administration and document management.
