Role Summary
You will own end-to-end development across WordPress, Shopify (Theme 2.0 + Apps), and modern full-stack systems, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Core Responsibilities (Execution-Focused)
-Full-Stack Engineering
-Build and deploy scalable applications using Node.js / Laravel / PHP
-Design clean backend architecture (APIs, services, integrations)
-Handle real-world scenarios: payments, webhooks, async processing
-WordPress (Strict Requirement)
-Develop custom themes & plugins from scratch
-Work with hooks, filters, REST API, headless setups
-Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, DB queries)
If your experience is limited to Elementor/ WPBakery → not a fit
-Shopify (Strict Requirement)
-Strong hands-on with Shopify Theme 2.0 (Liquid + JSON templates)
-Build or contribute to Shopify Apps (PHP or Node.js)
-Work with:
-Admin API
-Webhooks
-App authentication
Only theme customization without API/app work → not sufficient
-Frontend Engineering
-Deep experience in at least one: React / Vue / Remix
-Build reusable components and scalable frontend architecture
-Strong understanding of: State management
-API integration
-Performance optimization
-AI-Assisted Development (Mandatory Mindset)
-Actively use AI tools such as:
-Cursor
-Codex
-Claude
-OpenAI APIs
-Expected capabilities:
-Generate & refine code using AI
-Debug faster using AI workflows
-Automate repetitive engineering tasks
Passive or no AI usage → not aligned with team direction
-Strict Skill Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
-Strong JavaScript fundamentals (closures, async, event loop)
-Backend experience in Node.js OR Laravel (both preferred)
-Solid understanding of APIs, authentication, and data flow
-Database design experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
-Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, system design, and code through structured documentation and confident verbal explanations. (Non-Negotiable)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
