As a Senior Consultant, you will design and build enterprise-scale solutions across both backend and frontend, with a focus on API development and seamless integration. You’ll use modern AI tools to boost productivity, work with technologies like Docker for deployment, and help guide projects from planning to delivery. This role offers a chance to work on innovative projects blending predictive analytics and cutting-edge technology, while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with global teams.
Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer II on the Innovation and Technology team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable web applications across backend and frontend components
- Building and supporting RESTful APIs and services using Java, Node.js, and Python
- Developing user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript based on approved designs and business requirements
- Integrating application components, testing code, and supporting CI/CD, containerization, and release processes
- Collaborating with product, engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver production-ready solutions

We are looking for a Consultant / Agent Developer with 4+ years of strong experience using machine learning techniques with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in building ML/AI products to address challenging business problems.
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in full stack engineering roles
- Experience building production APIs using Java and Spring Boot or similar frameworks
- Experience with React.js and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js or Python
- Experience with Docker, Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD tooling
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases and caching tools such as Redis
- Bachelor’s degree (3 Year) in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
Preferred:
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with OAuth2, JSON Web Token, or mutual Transport Layer Security integrations
- Experience with Material UI or similar component libraries
- Experience with agentic or AI-driven architectures or workflow orchestration
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI
