Job Description

Position: Visual Graphic AR/VR Developer

Location: AFMC Pune (Work From Office)

Experience: 4–6 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Visual Graphic AR/VR Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing immersive AR/VR experiences, interactive environments, and visually compelling 3D content. This role requires a blend of artistic creativity and technical expertise to create engaging solutions across multiple platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy immersive AR, VR, and MR applications.
Create high-quality 3D models, animations, textures, visual effects, and interactive environments.
Develop interactive experiences using Unity 3D and/or Unreal Engine.
Optimize assets and applications to ensure seamless performance across AR/VR devices.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, artists, and stakeholders to translate concepts into engaging experiences.
Integrate AR/VR applications with APIs, backend services, and third-party platforms.
Conduct testing, debugging, performance tuning, and quality assurance.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in immersive computing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in AR/VR application development.
Strong proficiency in Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, and C# programming.
Hands-on experience with AR Foundation, Vuforia, ARCore, ARKit, MRTK, or similar frameworks.
Expertise in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D design software.
Strong understanding of animation, rigging, lighting, rendering, texturing, and optimization techniques.
Experience developing applications for Meta Quest, HTC Vive, HoloLens, or similar devices.
Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WebXR/WebAR technologies.
Knowledge of multiplayer and collaborative immersive environments.
Familiarity with AI-powered AR/VR solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Multimedia, Animation, Design, or a related field.
