Lead Software Engineer – Chennai (AI/ML Engineering Focus)
Build the backbone of AI — engineer the systems that power enterprise intelligence

Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 6–8 years in software engineering (preferably in AI/ML or data-driven product development)

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and scale AI-driven platforms and applications that empower enterprises to accelerate sales. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and architects to deliver intelligent solutions that redefine customer engagement and decision-making.

AI Platform Development – Build and optimize high-performance software systems powering AI/ML models.
End-to-End Engineering – Translate AI prototypes into production-ready applications with scalability and reliability.

The person you’re

Strong experience in software development with Python/Java/Scala (AI/ML product experience is a plus).

Hands-on expertise in building scalable, distributed systems and APIs.
Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing pipelines (Spark, Kafka).

Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
