We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of Lexce, our proprietary AI-powered property reporting platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the business owner to improve platform functionality, resolve technical issues, and contribute to the future roadmap of the product as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the Lexce platform
Diagnose and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues
Improve AI workflow integrations and reporting processes
Develop new features and functionality based on business requirements
Optimize database performance and system scalability
Review and improve code quality and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize development tasks
Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements
Support software deployments, testing, and release management
Provide technical recommendations for future platform development
Day-to-Day Tasks
Investigate and resolve reported issues
Build and deploy new features
Review AI-generated outputs and workflow integrations
Participate in planning and development discussions
Maintain application security and performance standards
Document technical processes and system updates
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong Full Stack Development experience
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET
Database management experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)
API development and integration experience
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Git version control and CI/CD experience
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Experience
SaaS platform development
AI-enabled software applications
Workflow automation systems
Property technology (PropTech) experience is advantageous but not required
