As a Senior SAP FICO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business continuity by ensuring effective production support, seamless month-end closing, and enabling accurate profitability reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise SAP Controlling processes and drive system enhancements that support business outcomes.
Our Team
You will be part of the CPG SAP team, supporting global operations across India and the US. The team focuses on delivering reliable financial processes, enabling profitability insights, and driving continuous improvement across SAP systems.
What You Will Do
- Lead and own SAP FICO production support, ensuring stability and continuity of critical business operations
- Drive month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate profitability reporting aligned with SLAs
- Partner with finance and business teams to enhance controlling processes, including CCA, PCA, and management accounting
- Support product costing, material ledger, and inventory valuation to enable effective financial decision-making
- Collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and S/4HANA initiatives to improve overall system performance
- Contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, including product costing implementations and system optimisation initiatives
- Work across global teams to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen SAP-driven processes
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
- Strong expertise in SAP COPA, product costing, and material ledger processes
- Experience in month-end closing and financial reporting processes
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA upgrades or implementations
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain
- SAP FICO certification
- Proven ability to independently manage critical production support responsibilities
- Strong collaboration experience working with global stakeholders
- Ability to identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
