Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Automation Anywhere A360 Engineers to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in developing and deploying unattended bots, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
The role involves end-to-end automation delivery, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare support, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy medium-to-complex Automation Anywhere A360 solutions.
- Build unattended automations across multiple applications with robust exception handling and logging mechanisms.
- Integrate automation solutions using REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL databases, SFTP, and queue-based orchestration.
- Design automation frameworks emphasizing resiliency, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop reusable components, libraries, and templates to accelerate automation delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders during UAT and ensure successful sign-off.
- Support production deployments and provide post-deployment hypercare support.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior RPA developers.
- Follow RPA best practices, governance standards, and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- 6–7 years of experience in RPA development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360.
- Current Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional Certification.
- Experience building unattended bots and enterprise automation solutions.
- Strong experience in UI automation for web and legacy applications.
- Hands-on experience with Credential Vault, Work Queues, and Bot Orchestration.
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, and external systems.
- Knowledge of Azure services including Entra ID, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
- Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and idempotent design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- IQ Bot / Document Automation experience.
- AARI experience.
- Python or VBScript scripting knowledge.
- Experience working in manufacturing, healthcare, banking, or other regulated industries.
