Job Description: Data Entry Operator – Land Registration / Sub-Registrar Office Work

Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Kengeri
Experience: 1–3 Years (Relevant experience in Sub-Registrar Office / Land Registration work preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with experience in Sub-Registrar Office processes and land registration-related documentation. The candidate should have knowledge of property registration procedures, document handling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry related to land registration documents, property records, and registration details.
Handle documentation work related to sale deeds, agreements, EC (Encumbrance Certificate), RTC, Khata, and other property-related documents.
Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) processes for registration-related activities.
Verify and update property details, applicant information, and document records accurately.
Prepare, scan, upload, and maintain digital and physical records.
Assist in document preparation and submission for property registration.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of land/property-related information.
Coordinate with clients, advocates, and internal teams regarding registration documentation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and documentation tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous work experience in Sub-Registrar Office, property registration office, documentation firm, or real estate industry preferred.
Good knowledge of land registration procedures and property documents.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and online documentation portals.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage documents and maintain records properly.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates who have worked in Sub-Registrar Office, registration consultants, property documentation, or legal documentation firms will be preferred.
