About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design engaging web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to improve designs.
- Ensure consistency across products and maintain brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and user behavior tracking.
Pay: ₹9,421.42 - ₹54,374.40 per month
