Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter, based in India, to lead full-cycle
recruitment of US-based CareCoaches (Virtual Medical Assistants) for our patient engagement
team. CareCoaches are clinical professionals — typically Certified Medical Assistants — who
support patients with chronic conditions across the US. This is a high-volume, target-driven role:
the recruiter is responsible for consistently hiring five qualified CareCoaches every month. The
ideal candidate brings hands-on experience recruiting for US healthcare roles, a strong
understanding of US clinical certifications and EMR systems, and the ability to source, screen,
and close US-based candidates while working substantially within US time zones.
Primary Performance Mandate
- Hire 5 qualified, role-ready CareCoaches per month on a consistent, repeatable basis.
- Maintain a healthy, always-on pipeline of US-based Certified Medical Assistants.
- Protect quality of hire and candidate experience while meeting volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment for the CareCoach role — sourcing, screening, interviewing,
- offer management, and handoff to onboarding.
- Consistently deliver against the target of 5 CareCoach hires per month.
- Manage multiple requisitions and a high-volume pipeline simultaneously without
- compromising quality.
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Proactively source US-based candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, healthcare job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) and similar clinical profiles ready to engage when openings arise.
- Re-engage silver-medalist and passive candidates to reduce time-to-fill.
3. Screening for Role Fit
- Screen candidates against CareCoach requirements: CMA certification, chronic care / patient education experience, and remote-work readiness.
- Verify proficiency in EMR systems such as EPIC, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Practice Fusion.
- Bilingual screening: Prioritize bilingual candidates (Spanish or Arabic) where required by the role.
- Assess communication skills, empathy, and patient-centered mindset suited to a virtual care setting.
4. Candidate & Interview Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across US time zones with hiring managers and clinical leads.
- Keep candidates warm and informed throughout the process, delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Drive offer negotiation and closing in partnership with HR and leadership.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Apply working knowledge of US hiring practices, work authorization, and equal-opportunity/ non-discrimination requirements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure documentation supports a clean handoff to background checks, credentialing, and onboarding.
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report key recruitment metrics: pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and monthly hires against target.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process or sourcing improvements to sustain the monthly hiring goal.
- Contribute to employer-branding efforts that attract US clinical talent.
Required Qualifications
- US healthcare hiring: Proven experience recruiting for the US healthcare market (clinical and/or allied-health roles).
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a track record of meeting high-volume hiring targets.
- Familiarity with US clinical roles and certifications — especially Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) — and with EMR platforms (EPIC, eCW, Practice Fusion).
- Hands-on experience with US job boards and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and with an ATS.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong candidate-engagement and stakeholder-communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work hours that overlap substantially with US time zones.
- High-volume mindset: Strong organization and the ability to manage many candidates and requisitions at once.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), or virtual-care organizations.
- Understanding of US healthcare compliance and credentialing basics.
- Experience sourcing bilingual (Spanish / Arabic) clinical candidates.
- Background in a high-growth healthcare or health-tech environment.
