Full job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET core Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the .NET Core framework. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of various software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
Design and develop complex software solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, Postgres and other relevant technologies within the .NET ecosystem.
Implement and integrate third-party APIs, components, and libraries to enhance application functionality and performance.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and reliability of production systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the .NET development landscape, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to develop good quality code and help them deliver on time.
Understanding of telecom domain and VoIP technologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
More than 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
Proven expertise in building web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts.
Proficiency in database design, development, and optimization using SQL Server, Postgres SQL or other relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
