The Opportunity
To design, build and deploy agentic AI-driven software systems that accelerate software development, automate workflows, and enhance productivity across business and technology teams for our client. The role will also coach and enable development teams across the organisation to adopt agentic coding practices, thereby improving engineering productivity, speed of delivery, and quality of technology solutions.
Responsibility :
1. Agentic Development & AI-Driven Engineering
a. Design and develop agent-based coding systems that autonomously generate, test, and optimise code.
b. Build AI agents capable of handling development tasks such as debugging, code review, documentation generation & workflow automation.
c. Integrate LLMs and agent frameworks into development pipelines to enable AI-assisted and autonomous coding workflows.
2. Platform & Tooling Development
a. Develop internal platforms and tools that enable teams to leverage agentic coding for faster software delivery.
b. Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as CRM, trading platforms, data platforms, and internal tools.
c. Build orchestration layers for multi-agent systems managing complex workflows.
3. Coaching, Adoption & Capability Building
a. Coach and mentor developers across the organisation on agentic coding tools, frameworks, and best practices.
b. Drive organisation-wide adoption of AI-assisted development practices through workshops, playbooks, and hands-on guidance.
c. Partner with engineering leaders to embed agentic coding into standard development workflows and SDLC processes.
d. Act as a centre of excellence resource for agentic development, helping teams solve complex coding & automation challenges using AI agents.
4. Development Productivity & Automation
a. Improve developer productivity through AI-driven development environments, code copilots, and automated testing frameworks.
b. Implement autonomous CI/CD capabilities including automated test generation, deployment validation, and performance optimisation.
c. Identify repetitive development tasks that can be automated using agentic systems.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
a. Work closely with Technology, Product, Data and Business teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
b. Support teams in redesigning workflows to maximise AI-enabled development productivity.
6. Innovation & Research
a. Track emerging trends in agentic AI, autonomous coding, and LLM-based development frameworks.
b. Prototype and evaluate tools such as autonomous coding agents, multi-agent orchestration frameworks & AI-native development platforms.
Roles Requirements:
1. 5+ years of AI industry experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI related Engineering studies.
2. Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or TypeScript, with experience building scalable applications, microservices, and APIs.
3. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
4. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium to enhance development productivity.
5. Solid understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices in modern development environments.
6. Experience building and integrating AI-powered systems, including vector databases, RAG architectures, multi-agent systems & enterprise AI.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
