We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot technologies to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to implement scalable customer engagement and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Develop custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions.
Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using REST APIs, Azure Services, and middleware platforms.
Implement security roles, business rules, workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Support implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered business processes.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Create technical documentation and follow Microsoft best practices.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong experience with:
Dynamics 365 Sales
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Dataverse
Power Apps
Power Automate
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
Experience developing Dynamics plugins, custom workflows, and integrations.
Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
Understanding of CRM data models, security, and solution deployment.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Microsoft certifications such as:
Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
Power Platform Developer Associate
Power Platform Solution Architect
Experience with Copilot Studio and Generative AI solutions.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or external platforms.
Consulting or professional services experience.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
