Job Family Definition
Responsible for supporting the delivery of company training programs that drive measurable business outcomes, with a primary focus on lab environments and hands-on learning objectives. Partners closely with courseware developers and subject matter experts to define lab requirements, review processes, schedules, and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment with overall training goals.
Management Level Definition
Applies advanced subject matter expertise to address complex business challenges and is recognized as a technical authority in HPE Networking lab environments. Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Works on highly complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of multiple variables. Leads or provides expert guidance to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
What you will do :
Support the design and delivery of moderately to highly complex, innovative training lab environments for advanced technical audiences, ensuring engaging, interactive learning experiences that achieve desired outcomes.
Lead the development of lab topologies and supporting technologies using a variety of learning solutions; provide coaching and serve as a subject matter expert across multiple content domains to support course developers.
Effectively manage lab environments with minimal preparation time, delivering constructive feedback while anticipating and responding to developer and learner needs.
Establish credibility by demonstrating deep technical expertise, incorporating real-world business scenarios, and helping learners translate concepts into practical, on-the-job applications.
What you will bring :
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
Typically 5-10+ years of experience in training delivery or a related role.
Typically 5-10 + years of demonstrated experience in presentation, facilitation, and consulting.
Knowledge and Skills
Hands-on experience with key networking technologies, including routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.
Practical experience with cloud networking, data center technologies, and network security.
Familiarity with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and solutions.
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware/vCenter, KVM, Proxmox, or similar hypervisors.
Industry-recognized networking certifications preferred.
