The Role
We are looking for an AI Native Engineer who thinks in systems, builds end-to-end, and treats GenAI as a first-class engineering primitive — not an afterthought. This is not a pure ML role. You will design and ship intelligent features, own backend services, build clean frontend interfaces, and deploy on cloud infrastructure. If you've built with LLMs, understand RAG pipelines, and can also write a robust REST API and a solid React component, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
▸ Design and build AI-powered features end-to-end — from LLM orchestration to user-facing UI
▸ Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask) or Node.js
▸ Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React.js / Next.js / TypeScript
▸ Architect and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent
▸ Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) for semantic search and retrieval
▸ Deploy and operate services on AWS / Azure / GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
▸ Collaborate with product and design to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven experiences
▸ Own code quality, testing, and production reliability for the features you ship
What We're Looking For
Core requirements:
▸ 2–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience
▸ Practical experience building with LLMs — prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, or AI agents (not just tutorials or coursework)
▸ Solid backend development skills: Python or Node.js, REST APIs, databases (SQL + NoSQL)
▸ Working frontend skills: React.js / Next.js, TypeScript, and integration of backend APIs
▸ Cloud experience on at least one major provider (AWS / Azure / GCP); comfortable with Docker and deployment pipelines
▸ Minimum 1 year of continuous tenure at your current or most recent employer
▸ No unexplained employment or educational gaps
Bonus points:
▸ Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI
▸ Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or event-driven microservices
▸ Open-source contributions or personal AI projects you can walk us through
▸ Graduation from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering institute (IITs, NITs, BITS, DTU, VIT, Jadavpur, Thapar, Amrita, or equivalent)
