Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead (MERN) to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, and software architecture. Knowledge of Blockchain technologies and smart contract development will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications.
- Architect secure, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies where appropriate.
- Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.
- Basic understanding of Blockchain and Web3 concepts

Prior experience as Senior Developer / Team Lead / Technical Lead in IT or Web3.
