About Position:
This role is a highly skilled Golang Fullstack developer to design and lead the development of scalable, high-performance backend systems. Looking for Golang backend with frontend experience as well.

What You'll Do:
- You will be responsible for system design, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
- Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems using Golang end-to-end backend system design, including APIs, microservices, and data flow architecture Analysis, solution development, technical support, and training.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, performance tuning, and security.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Golang, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies, with a strong focus on system design, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
- Architect and design scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems using GolangLead end-to-end backend system design, including APIs, microservices, and data flow architecture.
- Hands on Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Golang. ReactJs,. GRPC is preferred.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, performance tuning, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to ensure seamless integration.
- Discussions Build and mentor engineering teams, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and observability of applications Optimize applications for low latency and high throughput.
- Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) with hands-on experience in building large-scale systems. Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST/gRPC APIs Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCPSolid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and multithreading. Experience with database technologies (SQL NoSQL PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Experience with frontend technologies (ReactJS) for full-stack alignment. Exposure to API gateways, service mesh (Istio).
- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Prior experience in high-traffic or product-based environments.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
