Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET Core, ReactJS, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure), and AI-driven software development using Claude AI. This role requires a strong engineering mindset, deep system design expertise, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing distributed systems, developing cloud-native applications, implementing Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and driving modernization initiatives, including large-scale Angular-to-React migrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and ReactJS.
- Architect and implement service-oriented and distributed systems following modern software engineering principles.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, backend services, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Build cloud-native applications leveraging AWS and/or Azure services.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including Angular-to-React migration projects.
- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to complex business workflows.
- Develop and support batch-processing systems handling large-scale datasets and automated jobs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment strategies.
- Utilize Claude AI and AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate design, coding, testing, documentation, and delivery.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices initiatives.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence across the organization.
Required Skills & ExperienceBackend Development
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
Frontend Development
- Strong experience with ReactJS.
- Experience with Angular and front-end modernization projects.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Cloud Technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-native solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
Architecture & Design
- Strong expertise in System Design and System Thinking.
- Experience implementing Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Hands-on experience building service-based architectures and complex integrations.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
DevOps & AI Engineering
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with Claude AI / Claude Code and AI-assisted software development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-volume enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Orthodontics, Healthcare, or Insurance domains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and asynchronous processing.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and engineering productivity tools.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and US stakeholders.
