Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with strong architectural visualization skills to create high-quality interior and exterior renders, walkthroughs, and 3D models for luxury villa and farmhouse projects.

- Create realistic 3D Interior & Exterior Visualizations for luxury villas and farmhouse projects.
- Develop high-quality:

- Walkthrough Videos
- Aerial Views
- Day & Night Views
- Convert architectural drawings into detailed 3D models.
Architectural Understanding
- Read and interpret:
- Floor Plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Furniture Layouts
- Working Drawings
- GFC Drawings
- Understand feet & inches measurements and maintain accurate dimensions.
Interior Visualization
Create premium designs for:
- Living Rooms
- Bedrooms
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Luxury Interiors
- Furniture Layouts
- False Ceiling Designs
- Feature Walls
Exterior & Landscape Visualization
Create visuals for:
- Villa Facades
- Farmhouse Exteriors
- Landscaping
- Swimming Pool Areas
- Outdoor Spaces
- Garden Areas
Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Teams.
- Modify renders based on design feedback.
- Maintain quality standards and project timelines.
- Support presentations for clients and management.
Mandatory Software Skills
✔ Autodesk 3ds Max
✔ V-Ray / Corona Renderer
✔ SketchUp
✔ AutoCAD
✔ Photoshop

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and rendering.
- Good understanding of architectural design principles.
- Ability to create realistic premium-quality visuals.

- Good portfolio of previous architectural visualization work.
2–4 Years experience in:
- Luxury Villas
- Farmhouse Projects
- Residential Projects
- Interior Visualization
