Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Tester Intern to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The intern will assist in testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, documenting issues, and ensuring software quality before release. This internship offers hands-on experience in manual testing and exposure to software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and report software bugs accurately.
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve issues.
Ensure applications meet functional and usability requirements.
Maintain testing documentation and prepare test reports.
Learn and follow software testing best practices.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Familiarity with manual testing concepts.
Understanding of bug reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of software testing concepts.
Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
