Role Description
As a Quality Assurance Tester Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring a reliable, seamless, and user-friendly experience across our web platforms. This is a fully remote internship offering hands-on experience in software quality assurance within a flexible, learning-focused environment. You will work closely with our development and product teams to bridge the gap between feature creation and high-quality deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Manual Testing: Run manual tests across web and platform features to identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, or UI/UX issues.
- Test Case Development: Follow defined test plans and contribute to writing, refining, and updating comprehensive test documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with developers and product team members to clarify requirements, understand expected behavior, and verify bug fixes.
- Quality Advocacy: Suggest improvements to overall product quality, usability, and user workflows to elevate the platform experience.
