The Role
As Marketing Manager you own the execution engine that sits behind everything Empowrd AI produces. You report directly to the CMO and you are trusted to run marketing end-to-end across two fronts: the strategic growth blueprints we build for clients, and the marketing that grows Empowrd AI itself.
On the client side, you own blueprint delivery from brief to finished deliverable. You turn strategy into consulting-grade documents and systems that stand up to scrutiny, you hold the quality of every page, and you make sure every output ships on time, on brand, and to a standard a client would expect from a top strategy firm.
On the internal side, you run Empowrd AI's own marketing. You keep our content, campaigns, and channels moving with intent, you brief and direct the team, and you turn strategy into consistent, measurable activity in the market.
This is a senior role for someone who can think like a strategist and execute like an operator. The bar is high, the ownership is real, and there is very little hand-holding. We are looking for an expert who has done this work before and knows what excellent looks like.
Core Responsibilities
Blueprint execution (client marketing). Own the end-to-end production of strategic growth blueprints and client deliverables. Take a brief, structure the thinking, build the document and supporting assets, and deliver to a EAI’s worldclass standard in the correct brand voice and English variant for each client. Hold quality control across structure, formatting, accuracy, and tone so that every deliverable is defensible and client-ready before it leaves your hands.
Internal marketing. Run Empowrd AI's own marketing across LinkedIn, the newsletter, our community, webinars, and paid campaigns. Plan and ship content, hold a consistent rhythm across every channel, and align activity with launches, events, and commercial goals.
Campaign delivery. Build and run marketing campaigns from concept to launch to reporting. Coordinate creative, copy, scheduling, and distribution so campaigns go live cleanly, on time, and with the polish our positioning demands.
Team leadership and standards. Brief, direct, and develop the marketing and support team. Set the quality bar, review work against it, and keep several workstreams moving in parallel without anything slipping. You are the person who holds the standard when the volume is high.
Editorial craft and voice. Hold and shift voice across clients, founder profiles, and Empowrd AI's own channels. Write and edit with precision across documents, posts, emails, and campaigns, and make sure every output reads the way a consultancy of our standard should sound.
Systems and AI. Use AI and our internal tooling daily to produce work faster and to a higher standard. Strengthen how we build, document repeatable processes, and find the leverage that makes the delivery engine sharper over time.
Performance and judgement. Track the metrics that matter across client delivery and internal marketing: turnaround, output quality, engagement, pipeline contribution, and campaign results. Read the patterns, brief the CMO clearly, and make sound calls on what to scale, what to stop, and what to test next.

- Client blueprints and deliverables ship on time, on brand, and to a world class standard with minimal CMO intervention

- Campaigns launch cleanly and produce measurable commercial results
- The team is well led, well briefed, and producing excellent work at pace

Desired skills, experience, and attributes
- Learning agility, our number one hiring trait: the ability to adapt and learn new markets, processes, and approaches at pace
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery to a high standard
- Experience producing premium, client-facing, or consulting-grade deliverables that stand up to scrutiny
- Hands-on demand generation experience across the full funnel, from awareness through to booked calls and pipeline
- Strong command of marketing automation and email, including nurture sequences, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Paid social experience, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, from setup and targeting through to optimisation and reporting
- Proven ability to build and optimise funnels, landing pages, and webinar journeys for conversion
- Solid grasp of SEO, content distribution, and how organic and paid work together to drive qualified demand
- Comfortable owning the CRM and pipeline view, with the ability to track attribution from first touch to revenue
- Strong analytics capability, fluent in dashboards, reporting, and turning numbers into clear decisions
- Strong leadership and project coordination, comfortable running several workstreams and people at once
- Outstanding copywriting and editorial judgement, with the ability to write for B2B buying committees and long sales cycles, hold a voice, and shift registers across clients and channels
- A demanding eye for detail and craft, especially in document structure, formatting, and brand consistency
- Confident using AI tools daily and genuinely eager to push what they can do
- Commercial instinct, able to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Excellent communication, fluent English, spoken and written
- Creative, solution-focused, with a sense of humour and a collaborative mindset
