Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. This includes anything building complex groups of back-end services and frontend apps. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.
You will be a part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
- Identifying web-based user interactions.
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
- Writing application interface codes using JavaScript.
- Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
- Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
- Documenting application changes and developing updates.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- Previous experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Experience with user interface design.
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
- Problem solving skills and good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful
- Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate.
- Must have experience with DB PostgreSQL, including strong proficiency in PL/pgSQL for writing stored procedures, functions, and triggers, along with schema design and query optimisation; good to have experience with MongoDB and, Redis.
- History of working on Cloud Platforms and related technologies
- Knack for writing clean code
- Experience with both external and embedded databases
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Basic understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, and Gradle
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good project management skills
