Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Events Designer to create innovative, visually impactful, and production-ready designs for events, exhibitions, brand activations, stage setups, retail displays, and experiential marketing projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D visualization, spatial planning, event design, and rendering. The candidate will work closely with creative directors, project managers, production teams, and clients to convert briefs into engaging event environments and immersive brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client briefs, event objectives, brand guidelines, and space requirements.
- Develop creative concepts for events, exhibitions, stage setups, brand activations, kiosks, retail displays, and experiential spaces.
- Create detailed 3D models, layouts, renderings, and walkthroughs for client presentations and internal approvals.
- Design event stages, exhibition booths, entry arches, photo opportunities, installations, lounges, experience zones, backdrops, and branding elements.
- Prepare mood boards, reference images, concept decks, and presentation layouts.
- Develop space plans, floor plans, seating layouts, and circulation plans based on venue requirements.
- Create photorealistic renders that clearly communicate materials, lighting, textures, branding, and design intent.
- Coordinate with project managers, production teams, fabricators, vendors, and graphic designers during project execution.
- Ensure all designs are practical, feasible, budget-conscious, and suitable for fabrication and on-ground execution.
- Prepare technical drawings, dimensions, elevations, and production-ready design details where required.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and venue recce visits when required.
- Support the production team during installation and execution to ensure the final output matches approved designs.
- Stay updated with trends in event design, experiential marketing, materials, lighting, technology, and immersive experiences.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Event Design, Exhibition Design, Stage Design, or Experiential Design.
- Expertise in 3D Visualization, 3D Modeling, and Rendering.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, scale, proportions, and event layouts.
- Ability to create creative concepts, mood boards, and client presentation decks.
- Knowledge of event production, fabrication materials, and on-ground execution.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and convert them into practical 3D designs.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in event design, exhibition design, experiential marketing, retail design, interior design, or spatial design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing 3D event designs, exhibition booths, stage setups, brand activations, retail displays, or immersive environments.
