Job Description
We are looking for experienced Software Engineers and Technology Consultants with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience for freelance project-based engagements with enterprise clients across India.
This is not a full-time role. You choose your projects, work on your schedule, and engage with multiple clients—all remotely.
What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and support enterprise software applications and digital solutions
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions
- Collaborate remotely with client teams and stakeholders
- Document technical solutions, implementation details, and best practices
- Own end-to-end project assignments with minimal supervision
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development or technology consulting experience (Mandatory)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise software projects
- Experience in frontend, backend, full stack, mobile, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, QA, cybersecurity, UI/UX, or related technology domains
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset
- Currently working as a freelancer, independent consultant, or open to part-time project engagements
We are NOT looking for freshers or candidates with less than 3 years of experience.
