Job Description

AppSaas AI Technologies is seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and motivated Technical Program Coordinator Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering next-gen tech talent by mentoring, guiding, and coordinating young student cohorts through their foundational tech journeys.

As a core coordinator, you will act as a bridge between partner college faculties and our internal tech teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of our career readiness roadmap. If you are a proactive planner who loves executing events, brainstorming fresh ideas for student growth, and driving technical education, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate efficiently across different company internal teams to align program execution with company standards.
Event Execution: Plan, schedule, and conduct professional development events, including industry webinars, mock interviews, and technical workshops.
Relationship Management: Maintain smooth, clear, and professional communication between college faculty/placement cells and our internal technical teams.
Program Innovation: Brainstorm, develop, and implement creative new ideas and activities focused on accelerating students' career growth and corporate readiness.
Student Mentorship: Direct, support, and assign daily tech tasks or milestones to student cohorts, acting as their primary operational guide.
Requirements:
Experience Level: Freshers looking for hands-on corporate experience.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Malayalam (written and spoken).
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to confidently manage relationships with college faculty and collaborate with internal technical departments.
Event Management: Basic experience or strong interest in organizing virtual/in-person events like webinars and interview panels.
Innovation & Drive: A proactive mindset with the ability to bring fresh, actionable ideas to the table for student engagement.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with general technology concepts and digital productivity tools.
