Job Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment, facilities, and systems running smoothly and safely. You’ll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure minimal downtime so production/operations don’t stop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and part replacements on machinery systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Repair or replace faulty components quickly to reduce downtime.
- Equipment Monitoring: Check equipment performance, log readings, and report abnormalities
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols, lockout-tagout procedures, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Documentation: Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
- Support: Assist installation of new equipment and coordinate with vendors for external repairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field. .
- Experience: 0-1 years in maintenance for manufacturing, facilities, or similar setup.
- Technical Skills: - Reading mechanical/electrical schematics - Hand tools, power tools, multimeter, fitting.
