Job Description: Database & Data Management

Strong SQL development skills.
Database design, query optimization, and performance tuning experience.
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

DevOps & Cloud

Experience with Git-based version control.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Desired Skills / Good to Have

Strong expertise across both backend and frontend technology stacks.
Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and production support.
Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.
Experience with Camunda BPM / Workflow Orchestration .
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities: Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate , along with frontend development experience in ReactJS and/or Angular . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while driving technical excellence and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate .
Develop and enhance responsive frontend applications using ReactJS and/or Angular , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Own application modules end-to-end, from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives around performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications: Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
