About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and build our core platform layer. In this role, you will design robust APIs, third-party integration adapters, workflow engines, and intuitive user interfaces from scratch.
As a Wave 1 hire, you will be a key engineering anchor—capable of making architectural decisions in the Product Lead’s absence and setting the engineering standards, code review practices, and CI/CD discipline as our team expands.
What You’ll Do
- Build Core Infrastructure: Architect and develop APIs, integration adapters, and workflow engines aligned with signed enterprise integration contracts.
- Craft Product Interfaces: Design and build user-facing products, including QMS scoring screens, agent assist panels, and admin consoles.
- Security & Compliance: Own authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), audit trail logging, and multi-tenant data isolation.
- Engineering Leadership: Establish code review standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD discipline to maintain high code quality across the team.
- End-to-End Delivery: Own features full-stack—from database design and backend services to frontend UI and cloud deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 Years of Hands-on Experience: Proven track record of shipping production software full-stack using a modern backend framework (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, etc.) along with React (or equivalent modern frontend framework).
- Enterprise Integrations: Deep experience building and consuming integrations with third-party enterprise systems, with robust failure handling, idempotency, and retry logic.
- Security & Access Control: Experience implementing RBAC and audit trail logging in systems with real compliance requirements.
- DevOps Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and setup CI/CD pipelines without relying on a dedicated DevOps team.
- Architectural Maturity: Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs, design for multi-tenancy, and make system decisions independently.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience in small, fast-paced teams where you owned entire feature slices from DB to UI.
- Domain experience in Contact Center technology, CRM, or Core Banking integrations.

- Engineers coming from traditional, large enterprise IT environments focused primarily on maintaining legacy systems.
