About the Role
We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Trainee who has already completed a MERN Stack internship and has a strong interest in Frontend Development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React.js and a basic understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You will work on live projects, develop responsive user interfaces, integrate APIs, and gradually strengthen your full-stack development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional and responsive frontend pages.
- Build reusable React components and maintain clean, scalable code.
- Integrate REST APIs with frontend applications.
- Work with Node.js and Express.js for basic backend development and API integration.
- Work with MongoDB for basic database operations.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work on live company/client projects and continuously improve technical skills.
Required Skills
- Completed a MERN Stack internship or equivalent hands-on project experience.
- Good understanding of React.js and JavaScript.
- Strong interest in Frontend Development.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
- Basic knowledge of MongoDB and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates who have already completed a MERN Stack internship.
- Candidates with a strong frontend/UI development interest.
- Candidates who can showcase GitHub, portfolio, or live project links will be preferred.
- Indore-based candidates preferred.
