Job Description – HR Intern (Work From Home)

Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 2 Months

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

Stipend: Performance-Based

About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates.

* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Assist in daily HR and recruitment-related activities.

* Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility

* Undergraduate or postgraduate students, or fresh graduates.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

* Stable internet connection and a laptop/smartphone.

* Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
