Full job description

Graphic Designer – Key Job Responsibilities

Creative Design Development
Create professional graphics for digital and print media.
Develop designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all designs.
Social Media & Digital Content
Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
Create thumbnails, campaign creatives, reels covers, stories, and promotional graphics.
Work with the marketing/social media team to meet content deadlines.
Branding & Marketing Materials
Design logos, brand assets, business stationery, posters, standees, hoardings, and event materials.
Follow company brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual standards.
Video & Motion Graphics – if required
Create basic motion graphics, animations, GIFs, and video creatives.
Edit short promotional videos and social media content where required.
Client/Project Requirements
Understand briefs and convert ideas/concepts into effective visual designs.
Make revisions based on feedback from management, clients, or the marketing team.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Coordination
Coordinate with the Marketing, Social Media, Content, Sales, and Project teams.
Communicate with vendors/printers for production-related requirements when necessary.
Quality Control
Ensure designs are visually appealing, accurate, and error-free.
Check dimensions, resolution, spelling, images, colors, and file formats before final delivery.
Prepare artwork according to digital and printing specifications.
Software & Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
Knowledge of Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other tools is an advantage.
File & Asset Management
Maintain organized design files, source files, templates, images, fonts, and brand assets.
Maintain proper naming and version control for projects.
Deadline & Work Management
Complete assigned designs within agreed timelines.
Prioritize urgent and high-priority creative requirements.
Maintain creativity and quality even under tight deadlines.
