Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in factory administration, documentation, coordination with multiple departments, and maintaining administrative records in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily factory administration and office operations.
Maintain employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and administrative registers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Dispatch, HR, and Accounts departments.
Maintain inward/outward registers, gate passes, courier records, and visitor logs.
Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and AMC services.
Maintain factory documentation and ensure records are audit-ready.
Assist in onboarding documentation and employee administrative support.
Monitor office inventory and asset records.
Ensure smooth communication between factory departments and management.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent).
2–5 years of experience in Factory Administration or Manufacturing Administration.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
ERP software knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
