About the Role

We are looking for a Telecaller Intern to support our sales and business development activities. The intern will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, explaining the company's products and services, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

This role is suitable for candidates who are confident communicators and interested in developing their skills in telecalling, customer interaction, lead generation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Introduce and explain the company's products, services, and offerings.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with prospective customers at regular intervals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Handle basic customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the sales and business development team for qualified leads.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the concerned team.
Support the team in other sales and business development activities as assigned.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain records and follow up systematically.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Educational Qualification

Any graduate / undergraduate pursuing a relevant degree.
