Job description:

Ensure the team manages the assigned distributor channel/network and enhance the scope of distribution. Manage the key influencers and relationships
Organize promotional activities and ensure high share of mind of our products, increase the visibility of HSBC Mutual Fund Schemes and PMS schemes and improve awareness of our schemes.
Provide regular performance, product and competitor updates
Deliver sales budgets for the given geography/distributor portfolio.
Procure new and maintain direct relationships with assigned customers/network clientele.
Productively work with the Operations/Customer Service to ensure efficiency is maintained.
Ensure the team is fully always staffed and well trained on the products and process.
Identify the week links in the team and work closely with Individuals who need assistance and help them come up the curve.
Regular monitoring of the team and help them achieve their KRAs, Weekly discussion on MIS for the previous week and tracking of market share across asset classes.
To be in touch with the Influencers in the respective market and build a mind share through them for our products.
Travel to branches at frequency set by HO (Based on the Size of the market)
Claims to be completed with in stipulated timelines for self and the team after prior approval

Candidate Profile:

Senior Resource with 16-22 years of experience of managing multiple channels at Regional / Zonal Level.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
A deep understanding of distribution & MF business, preferably across Mumbai region
Demonstrated track record of Managing large teams
Ability to interact & own up key stakeholders across large distribution houses
