We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who can operate across architecture, backend services, and frontend applications, and take products from idea design launch scale.

System Architecture: Design, architect, and evolve large-scale, high-availability backend services and infrastructure.
Full-Stack Development: Build backend services and the web/mobile applications powered by them.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for services and applications—from ideation to production and scale.
Customer & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with customers and partners to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Platform Extensibility: Design for customization, integrations, and long-term product extensibility.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document architecture and solutions; mentor engineers and transfer knowledge across teams.
Operational Excellence: Improve system reliability and operations through analysis, process improvements, and automation.
Cross-Team Leadership: Collaborate with frontend, mobile (Android/iOS), backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive systems.
Experience & Background
3 years+ of overall software engineering experience, preferably in product-based companies.
Proven experience designing and implementing high-volume, scalable systems.
Strong hands-on background in software development (not just design).
Technical Skills
Expertise in microservices-based architectures.
Strong backend experience with one or more of: Java, Node.js, Golang, Python, PHP.
Frontend experience with ReactJS / AngularJS.
Experience working with mobile app teams (Android/iOS).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and service design.
Experience with RDBMS design (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle).
Multi-cloud experience across AWS / Azure / GCP.
Experience with application integrations (Web Services, JMS/MQ).
Solid understanding of application security, vulnerabilities, and secure system design.
Leadership & Communication
Ability to clearly articulate architecture decisions and trade-offs.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable influencing technical direction through experience and clarity.
Build core platforms powering India’s EV charging ecosystem.
Own systems that operate at real-world scale with real customers.
Work across infra, backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud.
High ownership, high accountability, and visible impact.
This is not a delivery-only role. It’s a platform ownership and architecture role for someone who wants to build scalable, secure, extensible systems at the heart of EV infrastructure.
