Job Title: Marketing Intern

Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Duration: 3 – 6 Months

Working Days: 6 days a week

Puja At Home is a trusted online platform that provides authentic virtual puja services to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) across the globe. We connect devotees living abroad with experienced pandits in India, helping them stay connected to their cultural roots and religious traditions — no matter where they are in the world.

JOB SUMMARY

Puja At Home is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our Business Manager in executing marketing and growth initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in market research, digital marketing, social media, influencer outreach, partnerships, and lead generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market and competitor research, particularly around the NRI and Indian diaspora market
Identify and reach out to relevant NRI communities, influencers, student associations, temples, and potential business partners
Support influencer collaborations, partnership outreach, and lead-generation activities
Research social media trends and assist with NRI-focused content and festival campaigns
Help plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase Puja At Home's brand visibility and reach
Track outreach, leads, partnerships, and campaign performance and maintain marketing reports
Research upcoming festivals and support planning of marketing activities in advance
Assist the Business Manager with day-to-day marketing execution, coordination, and other growth initiatives

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong research skills ability to gather, organize, and present market insights clearly
Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic understanding of digital marketing — social media, influencer marketing, SEO, and email marketing
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Understanding of Indian culture, festivals, and the NRI/Indian diaspora community is a strong plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, or PowerPoint is an advantage
